Story line ok but found it a bit boring at times and was too easy to stop my iPad to stop reading.
Its a good book and one I will keep and reread at one point hope for the next one to be as good.
A good story, good flow and kept me wanting to read more. Bought the trilogy and I'm enjoying Lori Wilde's writing.
this was purchased as a gift for a friend who enjoys romances and she deemed this to be two summer romances...light & fluffy 'beach reading' and I'll agree with that..a good read for the warm days of summer

I don't normally write reviews even though am an avid reader, but had to write on this one. I like Lori Wilde books, but think she missed it on this one. I found myself pressing "next page" on my kindle more and more. Too much of each one thinking back on their past, wanting each other but thinking of what went wrong. Just not enough substance to the story for me. Other ones writing reviews can give the basis of the storyline, try the "trial" of it before your purchase.
I am a Lori Wilde fan. I believe her plots and characters are as good as Nichols Sparks. However Lori Wilde is better than Sparks as a wordsmith. Wedding Veil series is almost my favorite. Why doesn't Life Time or Hallmark or someone make some of Wilde's books into a movie. The plots are so excellent and the characters are real! Yes, I skip a few pages on the details, more sensuous parts, but we all have an opinion on how much is just right. I like the fact her character and community seem to determine how hot the book is not a very young editor living in NY City. If you haven't read Once Smitten Twice Shy, do. If you life romance, you will love it.
